Screen reagents, design and develop novel assays. Utilize experience with assay development, protein conjugation, and multifactorial optimization to design and develop biochemical tests that measures the level of a substance in a biological liquid (such as blood).
Requires Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Science, Biological Science, or related; and 2 years of experience in job offered or in life science research or related. Must also have experience in: Standard analytical methods i.e. HPLC, Spectroscopy, buffer formulation; Implementing and optimizing liquid handling robots; Handling human blood samples; Design experiments and troubleshoot methods; use of statistical analysis software; Microfluidics; and Purification of biological materials.
