The ideal candidate for this position provides an interface between chemists and engineers and participates in or leads a project team.

A bachelor's, master's or other advanced degree in chemical engineering or a related discipline (bioengineering etc.) is required. Some industrial experience is desirable. Must be conversant with the principles of physical and chemical processes. Exposure to programming is an advantage.

• B.S. degree in engineering (Chemical, Biochemical, or equivalent) from one of the World's Top 50 ranked Technical Universities; a master’s degree preferred. .
• Experience with systems integration and software/hardware/chemical platforms.
• Compose well planned DOEs and meticulously execute experiments.
• Familiar with commonly exercised chemical laboratory techniques.

• 1-2+ years prior experience in this job space.
• Driven.
• Able bridge disciplines and groups.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to learn on an entire system level (a tinkerer who likes to get hands dirty).
