Scientist/Associate Scientist - Biochemistry

We are seeking candidates skilled in biochemistry techniques for Scientist and Associate Scientist positions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's/master's degree with 3+ years of industrial experience or a PhD in biochemistry, chemistry, biochemical engineering, or related discipline.

Desired Skills


  • Understanding of principles of protein-protein and protein-nucleic acid interactions.
  • Knowledge of protein expression and purification from bacterial and eukaryotic systems.
  • Expertise in techniques to characterize binding affinities such as SPR, capillary electrophoresis, filter binding, ELISA, gel shifts, affinity chromatography, flow cytometry, MACS.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute experiments efficiently and timely.

Requirements


  • Some experience with automation.
  • PhD in biochemistry or related field with 2-3 years of postdoc or industrial experience or a master's with 4-6 yrs work experience.
