The ideal candidate must be familiar with chemistry fundamentals and have assay development experience. Must be able to design and develop novel assays. Experience with reagent chemistries is desirable.

• B.S. or M.S. with 2 + years of related experience or Ph.D in chemistry or biochemistry related scientific discipline.
• Must have hands-on experience working in the field of assay development.
• The ability to be an excellent problem solver coupled with a strong work ethic is required.
• Ability to work independently within a team and share responsibilities.
• Excellent time management, data presentation, and communication skills.
